September 12 - The team brought cake to the field last night in honor of Coach King having to leave us for the remainder of the season. We hate to lose him after all he’s done to help us get this team on the field this year, but duty calls.

Everyone appreciates what Coach King has brought to us both on and off the field, and he will be missed.  We’ll just have to win some games for him so he can have some good news to read right here!

September 8 - Our season openers didn’t go so well in terms of winning games, but the boys played hard.  We’ll be working hard this week to make sure that everyone knows their assignments and that things on the sidelines go smoother next time!

September 6 - Our season begins TODAY! Check your divisions page for schedule and location information!  Be sure to arrive 1 hour prior to kickoff for weigh ins and warm ups! We’re excited about the upcoming season. All your hard work starts paying off NOW!!!!!!

August 4th - Training Camp Begins! Be sure your son is wearing shorts, tee shirt, mouth piece and cleats!  Practice starts at 6:30pm but we need you to be there by 6:15pm. 

We will be handing out raffle tickets to everyone as part of a team fundraiser.  The prizes will be for gasoline gift cards!

We are also going to need $5/child for their Official Pop Warner ID Card.  This is required by the LEAGUE. Unfortunately, no ID card, no play.

July 2, 2008 - Parents, your team moms will be contacting you soon about late July team meetings.  Please make every effort to attend these meetings with your son so we can size him for his practice and game uniforms.  If you do not attend, you are running the risk of not having the uniforms in time for Practice in August.  Make EVERY EFFORT to attend!

Also if you still need pads and helmets, let us know during these meetings so we can gather a list and get you in touch with Todd & Moore.   Keep in mind, BLACK helmets are hard to come by late in the year, so let us know ASAP. We’re going to try to work a discount deal for you, but we don’t know for sure what, if anything, that will be at this point.  But if we get enough people , we should have some leverage to bargain with.

One more thing - if you have any old pads/helmets/equipment that you no longer can use, bring it on the third night when conditioning kicks off. Maybe someone else can use it. You are not OBLIGATED to do this, obviously, but if you WANT to, that will be the night.

June 22, 2008 - Registration for new players has been closed due to a staggering amount of new players.  Those who still have fees to pay, please contact us for info.  You have until June 28th!

June 21, 2008 - Iron Man Camp concluded with an inter-squad flag football playoff! Great job to all those who participated, donated their time, skills and efforts.  Special thanks to Michael Boulware of the Minnesota Vikings for stopping by on Friday and having a few minutes to spend with the campers!

June 18, 2008 - Iron Man Camp begins!  We have some volunteer counselors from the Ridge View High Blazers helping us out this year!
